The Nation is under the leadership of volunteer parents who step into the roles that make up the Council.  Some of these positions are the Nation Chief, Medicine Man, Tally Keeper and Web Spinner.  Monthly meetings are held to plan the upcoming events.

The individual tribes are the building blocks of the Nation.  Each tribe is a self contained unit and plans activities and events that interest the group as a whole.  Tribes meet about once a month and the planning and meeting place rotates from home to home.  Or, tepee to tepee.  This spreads out the responsibilities and gives everyone a chance to step into a leadership role.
